Recruitment
We know how to attract the best fundraisers, source venues that will deliver the number and quality of supporters you require and understand how to manage our business in adherence with strict compliance and quality guidelines in line with the Fundraising Regulator and Chartered Institute of Fundraising best practice.
Training
All new fundraisers joining us receive classroom and practical training specifically tailored to your campaign, focusing on you, our client, compliance and best fundraising practice in line with CIoF guidelines and policy.
We understand the importance of being great ambassadors for your charity, so fundraisers are supported by ongoing one to one in-field coaching and mentoring, and further training if necessary, to ensure they all meet our exacting standards.
Living Wage
Every member of our team earns not just the minimum wage but the real Living Wage. The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently and updated annually, based on the cost of living in the UK. We believe that every member of staff deserves a Living Wage, because a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.
